1. - Use a soft tape to measure your wrist, just below your wrist bone.

2. - Make sure it is not too tight: the tape measure should be able to turn comfortably on the wrist.

3. - The number that lines up with the start on the tape is the circumference of your wrist.

2. - Place it around your neck to see where it falls-the key to layering is striking the right balance. Consider the size and shape of the pendant.
